Office of D.A.V. College Managing Committee, Hoshiarpur
D.A.V. College Managing Committee, Hoshiarpur is running under the dynamic leadership of Worthy President Dr. Anoop Kumar (M.S., M.Ch.), a renowned surgeon by profession and Managing Director of P.K.R.M. Modern Hospital, Hoshiarpur and Hon'ble Secretary Sh. D.L. Anand (Retd. Principal). Its office is aesthetically designed and is the crown of our campus. The whole office is fully air conditioned, well ventilated along with attached washrooms, pantry and parking facilities. It has also a large conference hall well furnished with ultra modern infrastructural facilities and professionally installed acoustic system.
Office of the Principal
The College has a well-furnished and fully air conditioned Principal office with attached wash room. It has aesthetically designed infrastructure, fully equipped with hi-tech gadgets and Wi-Fi connectivity. It has also a CCTV connectivity which is constantly monitored by the Principal to keep a surveillance on the students as well as in the whole campus.
Admin Bureau
The College has a fully air conditioned separate admin bureau for the ministerial staff which is adjoined with the Principal office. It is also well equipped with modern computers with latest configurations, printers, Xerox Machine, Wi-Fi internet facility, attached washroom and a store to keep the records of the College.
Faculty Chamber
The college has a fully air conditioned Faculty Chamber with ultra modern infrastructural facilities and attached washrooms. There is also separate locker facility for the Teacher Educators to keep their records. It is also equipped with a Refrigerator, Hot Case and an Inverter Facility. A congenial environment is also provided to all the Faculty Members so that they can prepare their lectures in an effective way and to cater all the needs of the teacher trainees.
Lecture Halls
The College has large and well furnished Lecture Halls, fully equipped with latest technology such as ceiling-mounted LCD Projectors, Smart Boards, Green Boards and Podium for faculty. All the lecture halls are also well equipped with lighting and air facilities. College always tries to provide the congenial environment to all the teacher trainees to cater all their needs and to make the teaching-learning process effective.
Auditorium
The College has a large Auditorium with a seating capacity of 350 seats, professionally installed acoustic system to organize the campus-level events. The auditorium is fully air conditioned, echo free, spacious, well ventilated and well furnished with ultra modern infrastructure and latest technology like ceiling mounted LCD Projector and Smart Interactive Podium. It also provides ample opportunities for the faculty members and teacher trainees to exhibit their talents in all spheres of scholastic, non-scholastic and cultural activities.
Seminar Hall
The College has a state-of-the-art seminar hall with a seating capacity of more than 100 seats. It is a regular venue for conferences, workshops, guest lectures, symposium and seminars. It has all the facilities to enhance the learning process and is a vast space that serves the varied requirements of quality education. Moreover, the seminar hall is fully air conditioned, well ventilated and offers the facilities such as modern acoustic system, ceiling-mounted LCD projector and screens for delivering lectures.
Common Rooms
The College has a separate arrangement of Common Rooms for boys and girls. Indoor sports facilities are available in both the common rooms. Access to the Girls’ Common Room is strictly reserved for girl teacher trainees to maintain the high order discipline.

During a hectic schedule of academic hours, students often need a break to rest and satisfy their hunger. To meet that requirement for refreshment D.A.V. College of Education provides its students and all faculty members with fine serving cafeteria in the college campus. The cafeteria is not just a refreshment place but also a relaxing, interactive ground!!
Medical Room
The College has a well-equipped medical room having First Aid facility, A Blood Pressure Machine, Weighing Machine and Medicines for minor health issues. There is a doctor on campus to serve the students who report minor health related issues. In case of any emergency, the student is rushed to a nearby hospital/medical centre.
Hostel
The College has an excellent hostel facility for girls. This is shared by our college as well as our sister institution D.A.V. College, Hoshiarpur. The hostel provides very congenial and homely atmosphere to the students. The hostel is equipped with modern amenities. The warden keeps a strict vigil on the inmates and discipline of a very high order is maintained in the hostel.
